If there is a black window quickly disappeared on your screen or above window appears when you are launching the CoSpace software, please check the following points:
1. Please make sure you are running one CoSpace software at one time.
2. Make sure you have administrator right, please right click and run the CoSpace software as an administrator.
3. You also can try restart the computer and run CoSpace as administrator.
