Reason: the system could not communicate with CoSpace server.
Please try the following:
1. When you are trying to active the software, please make sure you are only keying in the email account and serial number sent by the CoSpace support team.  There should be no additional special characters and space at the beginning or end of the email address or activation code.
2. Turn off the firewall or antivirus software during the activation. They can be turned on after activation.
3. If problem persists, please try to use another wireless network, or may use hotspot instead.
